Work, Time and Scope
Work will be carried out at the property of the client at any given specific agreed time. Any job agreed at the time of quote will only be carried out. Anything extra will be charged on top. Please allow a window of 30 mins, even though we try to be on time, as there are several reasons which might affect this. Appropriate parking arrangement will need to be managed by the client. If paid parking is used, client is liable for the parking fee. We assure that the services offered shall be in excellent and first-rate quality. It is the responsibility of the “Client” to make sure a safe and sound working environment is maintained for Scrub and Polish Cleaning Services staffs.
Payment
All regular house cleaning will have to be pre-authorized. One off or any other will be charged after completion of the job. Payment options available are Cash, Bank Transfer and payID.
Property Damage
We are very careful and attentive while carrying out the task but accidents do happen. Regardless, we are insured and are covered up to $10M, this will include any chemical or human damage. The insurance excess of $512 will be shared equally between the company and the client. For this, any amount owing from the cleaning will have to be realized prior to lodging insurance claims.
Preparing Cleaning Surfaces
All the surfaces to be cleaned will have to be cleared out. We can, however, use our discretion and move things around to clean. Any damage or spillage that occurs while moving things around, we can’t be taken liable off.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
There are no charges for cancellation and rescheduling as of now. But we are a small business and can’t afford a late cancellation. So, a 24-hour notice of cancellation and rescheduling is preferable.
